The offering from the June 2022 presbytery meeting will go to help College Park Presbyterian Church is working with a refugee family of five from Ukraine to provide them with housing and support. College Park is partnering with their sister church that meets on their property to help in this time of need. With the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian War, College Park saw this as an opportunity. This sister church, the New Life Slavic Church, is often referred to as "the Russian Church" because of their language. It is actually more Ukrainian, with some Russian and some Romanian families. The pastor is from Ukraine.
