Rev. Dr. Dan Williams
Presbytery Executive/Stated Clerk Before coming to Central Florida Presbytery from Shenandoah Presbytery, Dan served as Pastor of Second Presbyterian Church, Staunton, VA. He also served two Presbyterian churches in central Pennsylvania, and has served as the Stated Clerk for Huntingdon Presbytery and Shenandoah Presbytery. Dan received a Masters of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from Union Presbyterian Seminary in Richmond, VA. Dan lives in Clermont with his wife, Sharon, who is an administrator with Orange County Public Schools. They have two grown sons, Timothy and Jonathan. Email Dan Phone 407-422-7125 x. 208 |
Dr. Cheryl Carson
Associate Executive Presbyter Cheryl has been on the CFP staff since 2011. Cheryl is a Certified Christian Educator in the PC(USA). She has a Doctor of Educational Ministries degree from Columbia Theological Seminary and a Masters of Christian Education from Union-PSCE (now Union Presbyterian Seminary) in Richmond and a Masters of Mass Communication from the University of Florida. Rev. Christina Greenawalt
Assistant Stated Clerk Christina joined the Presbytery staff in December of 2017. She is a longtime Presbyterian who felt the call to full-time ministry while in high school. Christina is excited to see the inner workings of the presbytery and to get to know all the different churches and pastors within Central Florida. She is also serving as the Interim Pastor at Merritt Island Presbyterian. Christina is a Florida native who met her husband, Dale, at Disney while visiting with friends in college. Kenne Sparks
Office Manager & Youth and Collegiate Ministries Coordinator Kenne has been working in youth ministry for the past 18 years. He started as a volunteer youth leader at Forest Hills Presbyterian in Tampa, FL. After moving back to the Orlando area, he became the Director of Youth Ministry at Tuskawilla Presbyterian in 2016. Kenne also has a background in event/project management, media, and communications, with a degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida. Nancy Cox
Finance Manager Nancy Cox has come on board as the new Finance Manager for Central Florida Presbytery. She has over 40 years of accounting experience, most recently serving with a non-profit organization. As a long-time Presbyterian, she has been a member, Elder, Treasurer, and served on several PNC’s in churches in Pennsylvania, South Carolina and currently in Florida. Barbara Sayles
Hunger Action Advocate Barbara joined the staff of Central Florida Presbytery as interim Hunger Action Enable in October , 2010. A native Texan and former elementary school librarian, she moved with her family to Central Florida Presbytery form Lubbock, Texas in January, 1992. For the past 17 years she has served two churches in the Presbytery as Director of Christian Education/Youth Ministries and on Presbytery Council, Leadership Development and PATH. While serving as Educator at Winter Park and leading mission teams to South and Central America, she developed a passion for hunger ministry. This passion led to her current position as Florida Director for the Society of St. Andrew, a hunger relief/gleaning ministry where she has served for the past five years. Email Barbara |
