New Church Developments

Picture
Hope Presbyterian Church
at Lake Nona
Hope, Lake Nona celebrated its seventh anniversary as a faith community on January 13, 2019 by chartering as as a new church. Here's what Hope, Lake Nona says about its mission:
Loving. Inclusive. Affirming.
We are a fun and imperfect community of Christ-followers,  committed  to  grow deeper with God and
others and reach wider to serve and share God's love with the world. What's more, we look a lot like the universal Church: a multi-ethnic gathering of all ages, affirming the worth of every human being. We aim to bring our unique blend of Reformed understanding and passion for Jesus Christ to this emerging community.  We believe every Christ-follower is a 'minister' -- and that we live all of our lives unto God.

In a nutshell, here are our priorities:
  • God before All
  • Kingdom before Congregation
  • People before Property
  • Love before Doctrinal Precision
Though the list isn’t comprehensive – and frankly, it’s always percolating – we think these convey our posture when we’re at our best.

For more information, email their pastor, Rev. Dr. Nancy Graham Ogne or visit their website.
