You can print out and complete the Questionnaire and mail it to the presbytery office, or you can contact either Larry Cuthill (407-647-1467) or Monia Yust (321-987-9840). If you are unable to reach us, then contact Jeanne Cook (407-422-7125 ext. 209) in the presbytery office.

One final thing: we are interested in knowing if your church has any partnerships with churches or organizations in other countries.  Please also provide that information in the space provided on the questionnaire.

The Global Mission Subcommittee is working to network and unite our congregations in mission.  Please help us to accomplish that goal.  Thank you.
